Returns & Exchanges

At LEKKER Bikes, we want you to love your ride. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your bike or accessories within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure the bike or accessory is in original, unridden condition and securely pack it in its original box with all tools and manuals included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your return is approved, we will help you arrange a courier pickup or provide a drop-off location at one of our LEKKER brand stores.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our mechanics inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
